Today has been an emotional day, trying to get back in touch with how I feel about my own health and trying to gear myself up for the idea of sharing such personal things with the world at large here through this blog.

I do believe that all women are beautiful in their own way, as I have stated many times before here. I will admit that at the moment it’s a struggle for me personally to feel beautiful about myself. I understand that makes me a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to trying to encourage others while not being able to encourage myself.

So, tomorrow my little personal quest begins with myself… in front of all of you. I will start by posting my weight and such and them move on from there. It’s a scary thing to face yourself and sometimes an even scarier thing to take your own advice but tomorrow it will begin.
